New Energy Events is the organizer of the annual Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF).

The 2011 Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF), the biggest and most influential gathering of renewable energy stakeholders in the Caribbean, will take place in Bridgetown, Barbados, from October 12-14. We are proud to announce that CREF 2011 will be co-hosted by the Government of Barbados.

CREF 2010 gathered 307 participants from 37 countries for two days of intense discussion, debate, and highly productive networking. An unprecedented 11 Government Ministers from across the region joined us last year, reflecting the significance both of the Forum, and the underlying issues, for the Caribbean.

We look forward to taking CREF 2011 to Barbados, and to continuing to play a vital role in the rapidly changing energy landscape in the Caribbean.
